Classic Panchkuta – In Bhelu village, 90 km from Bikaner, Kumbat trees are harvested by October. The tree bears pods which have a row of shiny, flat seeds that people in Rajasthan use as food. Called Kumatiya and Chapatiya in the state, its scientific name is Acacua Senegal.
