Islavat Sakru is a farmer of Regulathanda village in Thekulapalli mandal of Khammam district. Laxma Jarpula is from Sitarampuram village in Kothagudem mandal of the same district. They say farmers in the entire area have stopped using pesticides on cotton as they don't work at all. Farmers still use pesticides for paddy.
