A calf that is 50% Tharparkar breed and 50% Kankrej breed at Minjrad village of Chohtal Tehsil, Barmer District, Rajasthan. An NGO, Society for the Upliftment of Rural Economy (SURE) in Barmer runs projects in eight villages for the improvement of local cattle. It provides villages with bulls of the Tharpakar breed, native to the region and best suited for the environment.
