Neerkatti Parmasivam, Kavakulam Village, Ramnadapuram district, Tamil Nadu. 50 years of age, was appointed by the village and is doing the job for the past 15 years. Due to drought, he now spends his morning working in the salt pond lake and is also supervising the rehabilitation work on the tank done under the supervision of Dhan Foundation.
